A very scarce and fine quality example the gilt back plate with silver and gilt mounts, comprising a multi-rayed star emblazoned with twelve battle honours, thereon a gilt elephant with silver howdah cloth, below the star engine turned numerals 'LXXIV', complete with original leather liner, c.1820-1855 (Parkyn 470), excellent condition
