C.), toned, nearly extremely fine, together with two related Soldiers' Total Abstinence Association Temperence Medals, the One Year Medal (STA.1), with Samana 1891 and Hazara 1891 Bars, and top 'Fidelity' riband bar; and the Association Medal (STA.6)

41951 Private Charles Ward, born New Cross, Kent; served with the 4th Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment during the Great War; killed in action on the Western Front, 10.5.1918, and is buried in Englebelmer Communal Cemetery, France.
