Driver James Kettle, born Tanderagee, Co. Armagh, Ireland, c.1784; enlisted in the Corps of Royal Artillery Drivers, October 1803; served in Captain Henry Lane's "F" Troop during the Waterloo Campaign; discharged, May 1816, after 14 years and 245 days' service.
