Prince Edward Island Third Issue 1869 (Spring) Printing, Off White Paper, Perf 11 1/4 (machine B1) Covers 1869 (22 Nov.) envelope from Charlotte Town to Summerside, bearing 2d. rose perf 11 1/4 all round paying the inland single letter rate, tied by 8 bar oval and showing Type P8 c.d.s. alongside with Type P50 arrival d.s. on reverse; the envelope with adhesive tape stains at top and at foot and part of right flap missing.
