U.S. 3c. stationery envelope from Richmond Ind. to Charlotte Town, neatly cancelled in blue, showing handstruck "10" (postage due) and blue crayon "6d" and bearing, on reverse, 6d. yellow-green tied by barred oval "13" and showing arrival c.d.s. alongside.
