Prince Edward Island Third Issue 1862 (November) Printing, Yellowish Toned Paper, Perf 11 1/2-12 Covers 1869 (13 Jan.) envelope from Charlotte Town to New York, bearing 2d. rose Die I and Die II se-tenant pair paying the single letter rate to USA which came into force after 1 November 1868, cancelled by barred numeral "13" and showing Type P6 datestamp alongside; the Die I stamp with pulled perf at foot.
