Prince Edward Island Third Issue 1862 (November) Printing, Yellowish Toned Paper, Perf 11 1/2-12 Covers 1868 (10 Nov.) locally addressed envelope marked "Registered", bearing 2d. rose strip of four paying the inland single letter rate plus 6d. registration fee, each cancelled by rather heavy barred numeral "13" and showing Type P6 datestamp on reverse; recipient´s notation across right half of face panel.
