Prince Edward Island Third Issue 1862 (November) Printing, Yellowish Toned Paper, Perf 11 1/2-12 Covers 1867 (26 May) envelope from Charlotte Town to Grand River Wharf, bearing 6d. yellow-green compound perf 11 3/4x11 3/4x11x11 3/4 paying the triple inland letter rate, tied by barred numeral "13" and showing, on reverse, Type P5 datestamp.
