Prince Edward Island Third Issue 1862 (November) Printing, Yellowish Toned Paper, Perf 11 1/2-12 Covers 1866 (29 May) envelope registered from Charlotte Town to Belfast, bearing 2d. rose to pay the inland single letter rate an 3d. blue vertical pair to pay the registration fee, all tied by 10 bar oval and showing, on reverse, legible Type P5 datestamp; the envelope with part of flap missing.
