Prince Edward Island Third Issue 1862 (November) Printing, Yellowish Toned Paper, Perf 11 1/2-12 Covers 1865 (28 Nov.) envelope registered from Charlotte Town to New Glasgow, bearing 3d. blue paying the single letter rate to Nova Scotia and 6d. yellow-green paying the registration fee, both clearly tied by barred numeral "13", showing curved unframed "registered" h.s. in red (Type P100) and, on reverse, Type P5, Pictou (30.11) and arrival (1.12) datestamps.
