Perforation 9 Covers 1863 (4 June) entire letter datelined "Rollo Bay" to Halifax, bearing 3d. blue paying the single letter rate to Nova Scotia, cancelled by manuscript "S" of Souris and 8 bar oval of Charlotte Town with, on reverse, light Type P7 and arrival (11.6) datestamps.
