Prince Edward Island First Issue 1861 (1 Jan.) Perforation 9 Covers 1863 (23 Apr.) mourning envelope (with original enclosure) from Charlotte Town to Boston, bearing fine 6d. yellow-green paying the single letter rate to USA, tied by neat 8 bar oval, showing "Not called for" h.s., manuscript "Not known" with "may/5" d.s. alongside and, on reverse, Type P7 despatch and large part arrival (4.7) datestamps; the envelope with lower left corner clipped. Also printed "Returned Letters" wrapper, with light Type P7 datestamp of 28 November on reverse, in which the undelivered letter was returned to Prince Edward Island GPO in Charlotte Town.
