                        Great Britain  Postal History  Valentines  1818 a stunning hand drawn Valentine with an ornate "r" with arrows, quiver and torch  within two hearts, which contain a message and inscribed "Perhaps at me and Love you´ll smile, And as you read exclaim - tis Guile. And criticise each Line; If then your Heart is still so hard, Have mercy on your love-sick Bard And burn his Valentine"; folding into an entire letter addressed to Lancashire, rated "4" in manuscript with faint red "bolton/203" mileage  marking and datestamp of 13 Feb. 1818.
