Tibet Tibetan Local Government 1912-50 First Issue Cover registered to Gyantse (reduced on one side) bearing, on the reverse, 1/6 tr. yellow-green shiny ink strip of three tied by Shigatse type XI cancellation with a good strike of elaborate Shigatse registration handstamp alongside; two wax seals and central crease.
