Tibet Tibetan Local Government 1912-50 First Issue Cover to Nagartse bearing, on the reverse, 1/6 tr. blue-green tied by a fine strike of Lhasa P.O. type III cancellation with the intaglio type I alongside, the front with a good strike of Gyantse intaglio type I postmark; a few small cover faults at side, otherwise a fine and rare cover.
