Tibet Pre-Stamp Covers Interesting enclosure of a cover to Miss Gould features a hand-painted picture by a Tibetan artist, copied from the original which was painted over one of the stalls in the summer palace of the Dalai Lama, Norbhu Lingka at Lhasa. The picture represents the anatomy of the horse. With an additional inscription which translates, "May you enjoy the three blessings (health, wealth and good repute) and may your days be filled with peace and happiness. Delightful.
