Mongolia Republic Postmarks - Double Ring Datestamp Type II — 1932 red band cover registered to Kalgan bearing, on the reverse, fourth issue provisional 10m. on 10c. (a second adhesive missing) tied by Altan Bulak type II c.d.s. with pairs of 20c. orange and 30c. blue Postage Dues tied by Kalgan c.d.s. with a good strike of the boxed registered handstamp in blue, Peiping transit (15.3) and straight-line Manchouli censor in violet, the front bears further strikes of the despatch c.d.s. and censor handstamp along with large handstruck "T"; light soiling, attractive.
