Mongolia Republic Postmarks - Double Ring Datestamp Type II Altan Bulak: 1931 (28 Oct.) red band cover bearing, on the reverse, fourth provisional 5m. on 5c. and 20m. on 20c. cancelled by a fair strike of the type II c.d.s., an array of transit marks with Ulan Bator, Kalgan and Manchouli c.d.s., large "T" in circle with 20c. and 30c. Postage Dues (cancelled in Kalgan) plus violet Manchouli censor handstamp; the front with further "T" in circle and straight-line dater in violet; somewhat creased and soiled.
