China 1898-1910 Chinese Imperial Post Covers 1904 (21 Dec.) envelope to Peking bearing 1c. brownish orange tied by Chihli province lunar datestamp; underpaid with large handstruck "T" and bearing 1904 Postage Due pair and single. The single with pen cancel and the pair tied by faint Peking dated oval in purple with manuscript in red ink, "Charged 2c. only". Fine and very unusual with excessive Postage Due added.
