China 1885-88 Small Dragons 1885 Perforation 12 1/2, Rough Perforations 3ca. mauve variety imperforate between horizontal pair, cancelled by two part strikes of Chefoo seal in blue; vertical crease through edge of left stamp and a few small age marks. A rare error with anly about five pairs recorded. Chan 17a. Photo Estimate HK$ 300,000-350,000 The known pairs seen to have originated from a cancelled to order sheet and all are with similar cancellations.
