Egypt Italian Post Offices 1871 (12 Aug.) front bearing Egypt 1867-71 1pi. dull rose (2 pairs), each tied by "v.r. poste egiziane cairo 11/ago/71" c.d.s., carried to Alexandria and there 1863-65 40c. rose vertical strip of three affixed and tied by "234" in dots, "alessandria d´egitto/poste italiane 12/ago/71" c.d.s alongside, vertical fold not affecting the stamps, addressed to Milan, fine and an attractive mixed franking.
