Egypt Italian Post Offices 1867 (19 Dec.) entire addressed to Livorno bearing 1863-65 10c. buff (six singles) with unclear "234" in lozenge of dots cancellations with "alessandria d´egitto/poste italiane" and framed "piroscafi/postali/italiani" alongside, transit and arrival markings on reverse, horizontal filing fold affecting one adhesive, fine and a scarce franking.
