St. Helena The Boer War Mail to and from Capt. V. de Witt Hamer 1901 (24 Sept.) folded letter sheet/envelope written from Waldro Cottage to Rotterdam, bearing 1884-94 2 1/2d. cancelled with Small circle of six bars (CNC.4) with c.d.s. alongside and showing superb triangular-framed "passed by censor/deadwood" initialled "PR"; some minor stains though of generally fine appearance.
