Aircraft Disposal Company Ltd., 2 shilling preference shares, 192[4], no.52, and 1 shilling ordinary shares, 192[5], no.199, both with ornate border, green and black respectively; together with another certificate for 1 shilling ordinary share, 19[24], using a Jordan & Sons stock form, all three have the name of the company amended to A.D.C.Aircraft Ltd., about very fine. (3) Formed in 1920 to acquire surplus aircraft and spares belonging to the then declining RAF. Main store at Waddon aerodrome, Croydon, Surrey. Modifications were made to various machines and in 1926 several ADC 1´s were sold to Latvia. Liquidated in1930. Estimate £ 100-120
