Forwarder Labels Portugal 1861 entire letter from Barcelona and 1863 entire from Tarragona, Spain, both to Buenos Aires and carried privately to Lisbon where each has small J.B. Piombino label affixed and tied by Lisbon c.d.s., 150 reis handstamps on reverse of each for the transatlantic packet charge. A scarce pair with both forwarder and label not recorded by Rowe.
