Cape of Good Hope 1900 Mafeking Siege Stamps Surcharged in Seriffed Type on Cape of Good Hope 3d. on 1d. carmine, Type 6, clearly tied on 1900 (23 Apr.) envelope to "Corpl Thos Maguire, Armoured Train, Railway Division, Mafeking"; the envelope with central vertical fold and part of upper left corner missing (mainly on reverse).
