Cape of Good Hope 1900 Mafeking Siege Stamps Surcharged in Seriffed Type on Cape of Good Hope 3d. on 1d. carmine block of four, Types 1-2, clearly tied on 1900 (1 Apr.) envelope to Bulawayo, showing "passed/press censor" h.s. in violet, "JN" (John Nevett) checker´s blue crayon initials and, on reverse, clear arrival datestamp (15.4).
