Great Britain Illustrated and Printed Envelopes 1899 (27 Sept.) envelope used locally in London, the address panel with a well executed and truly beautiful hand-painted design, with integral address label to "Tit Bits" magazine, Southampton Street, London W.C., bearing 1881 1d.; the inside flap of the envelope refers to the fact that this envelope was produced for an "illustrated envelope competition".
