Nigeria World War I - 1914-18 Censor Mail 1915 (12 Aug.) picture postcard to Southport, bearing Northern Nigeria 1912 1d. tied by "lagos" double-ring d.s. and showing, in opposite corner, manuscript "Passed by Censor" and initialled; also 1918 (24 Oct.) envelope from Kano to New York, bearing 1914 2 1/2d., without Censor marking though Censorship did not end until 28th May 1919.
