Type 4 in Black Rose paper, Fine Roulette 15 1/2 to 16 6d. blue with overprint upright (5) comprising [9R], [12R], [26R], [38R] and one with no stop after "r", and 6d. blue with overprint inverted (3), one with no stop after "r", the no stop varieties unused, the others used; some faults though of fine appearance.
