Seychelles 1897-1900 Colours Changed Appendix Sheets 1896 (2 Nov.) "Appendix" sheet (now offered as two pieces) sent by De La Rue following a request by the Crown Agents for a revised colour scheme due to certain values being abolished and three values to be in U.P.U. colours, bearing 4c. imperforate colour trials in green, carmine and ultramarine, for proposed 4c., 8c. and 18c. values, and seven other values between 3c. and 96c., from the 1890-92 series, all with the proposed new values written in manuscript alongside each value.
