Orange Free State 1890 (Dec.) - 91 "1d" Surcharges First Setting, 1d. on 4d. Ultramarine S.G. Type a, variety surcharge double, both horizontal with the incorrect print placed on the vertical lines of the perforations, a horizontal strip of three each cancelled "14"; the right-hand stamp with corner crease resultant in a small tear, otherwise sound.
