Penang India used in Penang 1855-67 Issues 1859 envelope to Forres, marked "Via Southampton", bearing 1/2a. pairs (2) and 1a. pair, all cancelled "B/147", showing part "penang/p.o." double-ring d.s. below with clear arrival c.d.s.(25.2.60) on reverse; the cover with some creases which affect the adhesives and with large tear across top left corner caused through opening.
