Penang India used in Penang 1854 Issue 1856 (24 Sept.) entire letter to Marseilles, bearing 4a. 4th printing with good to large margins, centrally cancelled "B/147", showing Marseilles entry c.d.s. in red and handstruck "10" (decimes) alongside and, on reverse, "penang/p.o." c.d.s. in red.
