Cotes-du-Nord Silver Lead Mines Ltd., £10 shares, fully paid, 18(86), no.85, green, printed by Waterlow Bros. & Layton, very fine. Not previously seen at auction. Estimate £ 50 Lead and silver was extracted from numerous mines along the Northern departments of France until after WW1 when they went into severe decline. Most are now abandoned.
