Petty Officer 1st Class George Rowe, D.S.M., awarded the Distinguished Service Medal for services with the Naval Armoured Train in Siberia in August 1918, and in particular for the Battle of Dukhovskaya on 23 August 1918, when Naval and Royal Marine Light Infantry personnel were landed from H.M.S.
