A Uniform of the Middlesex Yeomanry A Trooper´s dark green tunic with black velvet collar and cuffs, trimmed with yellow worsted square cord; five loops of cord each side in front, with caps, eyes and drops, fastened with worked yellow worsted olivets; cord ornament to backseams, brass cuff buttons inscribed MYC; together with an officer´s blue barathea overalls by Bartels & Co, Hanover Square, named to RL Baillieu Esq and dated July 1939; double yellow cloth stripes Estimate £ 50-80 Second Lieutenant R.L. Baillieu served during the Second World War in the Royal Signals (Territorial Army). He presumably belonged to one of the Yeomanry regiments which had been converted to Signals units
