A Knight´s Uniform of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem A black beaver bicorne hat, edged with wide gold lace and white ostrich feathers; the double gold bullion loop secured by a gilt button bearing the Jerusalem Cross in red enamel, cockade of pleated silk, in a shaped wooden carrying-case by FUL de PARIS; a white cloth coatee, with collar, cuffs and plastron of black velvet, bearing gold bayleaf embroidery, similar embroidery to skirts, skirt-slashes and waist-ornament; buttons as on hat, and epaulettes with gold bullions and pressed gilt metal scales bearing three small buttons in the crescents; matching white trousers with elastic foot-straps and 1 3/4-inch gold bayleaf lace stripes; a mantle of white cloth, with white velvet collar and narrow gold and white tasselled cords, bearing a large Jerusalem Cross in scarlet cloth on the left breast; and a pair of black patent leather elastic-sided shoes fitted with gilt box-spurs (5) Estimate £ 500-700
