x Malaya Straits Settlements 1867 (Sept.) surcharged on stamps of India 1867 (24 Oct.) envelope from Penang to Edinburgh, marked "Via Marseilles", bearing 32c. on 2a. yellow tied by firm´s chop and the scarce Penang "147" duplex and showing, on reverse, clear arrival datestamp (28.12); the envelope with some small faults.
