VenezuelaOutgoing Mail1805, Nov. 3. Entire letter from Caracas to Puerto de la Orotava (Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain), directly carried by the "Santo Christo del Grao" boat, cleanly struck by "Caracas" straight-line handstamp. Docket of receipt in January 1806. This very fresh entire represents one of the few examples of transatlantic mail emanating from Venezuela.
