CubaOutgoing Mail1857, May 20. Judicial wrapper from Cienfuegos to Santiago de Compostela (Spain), endorsed "Rl. S°." for "Real Servicio", with cachet of the city hall of Cienfuegos and blue dispatch c.d.s., initially charged with "4" reales marking, applied in error as this official correspondence was free of charge and subsequently being invalidated with "0" postmark, following application of the "Franco/De Oficio" oval handstamp. Only two covers are recorded with this oval postmark for official mail.
