CubaOutgoing Mail1842, Oct.-Nov. Two entire letters from Puerto Príncipe to Barcelona, both carried at single rate and consequently charged at 5 reales with corresponding rate marking, showing two-line "Puerto/Principe" handstamp (P.E. 2) in red, one disinfected with two slits, the other additionally struck with red "Islas De/Barlovento" in two lines (P.E. 6) on arrival, this being one of the scarcest "Islas De Barlovento" handstamps.
