CubaOutgoing Mail1809, Aug. 5. Entire letter from Havana to Cádiz (Spain), probably directly transmitted by the "Gaditana" ship, with fine two-line "Islas De/Barlovento." handstamp in red, struck at single rate with "5R" due marking on receipt. The "I" of "Islas..." resembles an "Y" with its shape (at top) contrasting with the regular type, thus resulting in a very rare and different type.
