Folded cover from Jamaica to Bogotá, carried by the war frigate "Primrose" as indicated at lower left, with fine strikes of "Yslas" (denoting mail coming from the Caribbean region) & "Deve" straight-line handstamps applied in transit at Cartagena de Indias. The finest of only five letters reported with the "Yslas" postmark; this also represents the latest usage recorded. Ex Santa María.
