"Tilted Plane", showing complete strike of "Compañía Colombiana de Navegación Aérea/Agencia de Cartagena" oval handstamp, used on commercial cover front to Barranquilla, uprated, for the national postage, with 1c. & 2c. tied by "Correo Aéreo./Cartagena-Colombia." c.d.s. on 22 February.
