ColombiaLater Issues1881, Feb. Mourning envelope (slightly reduced at right) from Bogotá to Louisville (United States), internally franked by 1874 10c. red-brown, tied by oval handstamp on dispatch. The cover, carried few months before Colombia had entered the U.P.U., was taxed at New York with 2c. & 3c. postage dues, each tied by cork mute cancel, with "New York/Due 5 Cents" duplex in centre on front.
