ColombiaStampless MailPanama1825, July 19. Entire letter from Panama to Chagres, showing red "B" of unknown origin, in a similar shape of the "B" in the "SB" colonial handstamp used at San Bartolomé. To our knowledge, the only example known of this mysterious and fascinating marking. Also a 1826 entire letter from Panama to Guayaquil without any postal marking and only showing "L" in manuscript (this would not be any of the initials of both sender and addressee). Photo
