Entire letter from Socorro to the Postmaster of Charalá, with interesting contents stating modifications in the route through the Vereda de Guacha in order to have communications with the capital between the Canton of Moniquirá and part of the Canton of Socorro, also informing about the two days of departure of the mails every month, struck with "República de Colombia/Socorro/Franca" large oval and probably unique "Correos" postmark, both in black.
