Cover headed "Consulado General de Colombia/Berna" from Bern to Bogotá, bearing 1924-27 30rp., in combination with Scadta 15c. pair with machine overprint, all tied by "Bern/Bahnhof" c.d.s.'s, with Barranquilla transit alongside and arrival on reverse. Some edge wrinkles to cover faintly passing through the franking. Scarce. Scott CLS18.
