Large part of parcel wrapper front containing a book (not exceeding 210 grams according to the franking), sent to Bogotá, bearing 1921-23, handstamped in violet, 30c. in two pairs and 3p., with addition of national post 1c. and 10c., all tied by red "Servicio Postal Aéreo Scadta/Barranquilla" c.d.s.'s.
